Megan Williams is Alberta human name. I chose Megan because its been a very popular female baby name in Alberta in the past decade and Williams is Canada last name. I decided to make her 14 because Canada is officially 19(like America). The official date of the canadian confederation is 1867 and Alberta became a province in 1905 with Saskatchewan which is why I thought it'd be cute to make them twins. She is loud, has a big mouth and doesn't think about how her actions will affect others or the environment (reference the the albertan oil-sands). She recycles milk cartons. She can drive legally around her house with a licensed driver that 18+
